We were delighted to welcome to the academy Ursula Hurst the illustrator of the book 'Dad and the Sneaky Spores'. She brought the book to life and our year 2 and 3 children, and some of our parents, were captivated by how she creates the characters.
The book is linked to the Aspergillosis Trust and it was great to have the Chair of Trustees along with some other key figures present to share the importance of lung health.
It was wonderful to be able to share this experience and a big 'thank you' to the Aspergillosis Trust for taking the time to come and visit.
