We are very proud of the children in years five and six that sat the Youth Chinese level one test (YCT level one). They took the tests back in February and these papers were sent all the way to China where they were marked.
The children were supported in the academy by Frieda and Evelyn who helped them prepare for the tests.
The group worked incredibly hard, even putting in extra work during a lunchtime club. They showed real commitment and dedication to improving their Mandarin language skills.
The children were presented with their certificates of achievement in assembly this week.
